All listings on corporatetrader.com are viewed instantly upon submission. They are also monitored on a continual basis. Because the payment is processed before we view the listing, failure to comply with our listing rules (stated below) will result in the cancellation or suspension of your listing, and a refund will not be granted. So please read carefully and if you are in doubt or not sure about your listing please contact us and we will approve or disapprove your listing.
Listings we will not accept
- Businesses that have not been opened
- Businesses opportunities
- Cookie cutter websites or templates (must be established)
- Businesses with Adult content or sexual in nature
- Businesses that are offensive or unethical in anyway
- Unopened franchises
- Real estate properties that are intended for residency or that are not commercial in nature. (eg. single family dwellings, cottages, ranches etc)
Listings we will accept:
- Established businesses
- Franchise re-sales
- Commercial properties (any property that provides an income)
- Businesses that were once opened/established but are not in operation for any reason (including asset sales)
Payment
All fees are un US dollars, and there is no tax charged at the time of sale. For Canada, we only except MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. And for United States constomers we accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discovery and PayPal.
Return Policy/Cancellation Policy
Generally we do not issue refunds, however if we do issue a refund it will be on a case by case basis under our own discretion.
You can cancel your membership whenever you like, but you must give us a 30 day notice.
Other Rules
- Listings are created instantly, so have all your information on your business on hand.
- Your Listing can be modified once in your account, if you do not have your information on hand
- All listings must be listed in their pertinent categories and location.
- Contacting and/or soliciting any other member for any reason other than with the sole intention of inquiring on the purchase of their business.
